IT INFRASTRUCTURE DIVISION
The IT Infrastructure Support Division handles the repair of all in
and out-of-warranty hardware. It is also involved in providing helpdesk
facility for clients.
Tritech is an authorized service center for APC UPS, and as authorized
distributor we support Dell Hardware both in and out-of-warranty
Tritech has invested heavily in diagnostic equipment and
spare parts in order to provide a high level of value-added capability
to meet our clients’ needs. We are in a position to effectively
perform repairs at manufacturers’ field replaceable unit as well
as at component level repair.
The Tritech Support Division offers three maintenance contract agreement
as follows:
- Call-Only maintenance agreement
- Labor-Only maintenance agreement
- Labor and Parts Maintenance agreement
With Call-Only agreement, clients call us as needed and repairs are
effected with charges for parts and labour.
For Labour and Parts Agreement and Labour Only Agreement, Tritech offers
the following for a fixed yearly fee.
- Four Preventive maintenance calls per year
- Repairs on system and
peripherals are effected without Labour and Parts charges for Labour
and Parts Agreement and with parts charges for labour only agreement.
For
system repair requiring more than 48-72 hours, a suitable temporary
replacement would be provided until the repairs are effected.
For Network Services, response would be within four (4) hours and
replacement would be made within eight (8) hours.
User support is provided with regards to debugging software and hardware
problems.
